Some of the key points of our Code of Conduct are to:
- Always act within the law and best interest of the customer, providing clear and accurate information that considers fairly the customer's position and circumstances.
- Afford the customer courtesy, politeness and the opportunity to change their minds or reconsider their thoughts.
- Never mislead nor directly or indirectly harass the customer in order to gain a sale.
